Been on a Europass course in person? This course comes with it.

A self-paced course for teachers, school leaders and staff who want their school to take part in Erasmus+: how the programme works, how to build an internationalisation strategy and how to prepare, write and submit your application, step by step.

What you will learn

  • Understand the structure and goals of the Erasmus+ Programme and the opportunities it offers schools
  • Write an internationalisation strategy for your school and set mobility priorities linked to the goals of Erasmus+
  • Choose the right call for proposals, develop a strong project idea and find suitable partners
  • Plan participants, activities and budget, and fill out the online application form, from the OID to the Erasmus accreditation

Erasmus+ is one of the most successful programmes of the European Union. Since 1987 it has supported international cooperation in education and the professional development of school staff, and for 2021–2027 it has a budget of more than €26 billion. For schools, it means access to significant funding for training, mobility and international projects, with an application process that is simpler than many expect.

This course guides you through it step by step. You will start with the structure and goals of the programme, then learn how to make your school international with a clear strategy and mobility priorities. Next, you will see how to choose the right call, shape your project idea and find partners, how to write the project and, finally, how to fill out the online application form. By the end, you will be ready to prepare and submit your own proposal.
